Adding an Event:

  • Click on the "+" button or select a time slot on the calendar to create a new event.

  • Fill in event details such as title, date, time, and location.

    • For a cute little touch, I like to add emojis for every event.

      • ex: “Work 💼☕️” “Brunch with Maria 🍳🤍☀️”

  • Utilize the reminder feature to receive notifications before your scheduled events.

  • Choose the reminder timing that suits your needs.

  • Customize the recurrence pattern based on your schedule.

    • This is great for things like work or school.

Color-Coding:

  • Organize your events by color-coding them. This visual aid helps you quickly identify different types of activities.

    • I am BIG on this. I like to make individual calendars for every “category” of my life.

      • Ex: school, work, personal, relationship, family, you get the idea.

Sharing is Caring

Sharing Your Calendar:

  • Click on "Settings" and navigate to the "Share with specific people" section.

  • Add collaborators by entering their email addresses and picking the level of access they have.

    • I like to do this with my partner if we have an appointment or date night.

  • Ensure your Google Calendar is accessible on the go by syncing it with your mobile device.

  • Download the Google Calendar app and sign in.

    • If you want to go the extra mile… add a Google Calendar widget to your home screen!
